Raspberry Oatmeal Cookies ingredients 250g oatmea

Raspberry Oatmeal Cookies

ingredients
250g oatmeal
200g butter/ coconut oil
100g whole cane sugar
60g rolled oats
20g sunflower seeds
20g freeze-dried raspberries
1 tablespoon flaxseed
3 tablespoons black sesame
3 tablespoons coconut flakes
1 pinch of salt

Mix dry ingredients together.
Crumble the raspberries into small pieces. Add butter or coconut oil at room temperature and knead into a dough. If it is a little too dry, add a tablespoon of oat milk. Divide the dough into eight equal pieces and shape into cookies. Off to the oven at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.

I do invite you for a session where you are seen, heard and hold. Every emotion and feeling are welcome. I invite you to let go of the future and past and slide with me into the present moment of now. Release everything and be! Nourishment for your being, composite for your need. A massage selected for you, Meditation, Mindfulness exercises and a delicious Ayurvedic Meal are a part of the session.

It is a 3-hour treatment just for YOU!
